Network of Asian F/OSS activists, the Participants. Asia Source 3 seeks to build the skills and networks of those in the region who are working within NGO and SME sector. The event brought together a wealth of resource persons, F/OSS experts and activist, from the more technical to the more content oriented.

These range from software developers and system administrators, to trainers, consultants and F/OSS advocates, as well as technology/NGO/SME project managers, and tech-savvy NGO and SME workers.

Asia Source 3 is jointly organized by UNDP's International Open Source Network (UNDP-IOSN) through its ASEAN+3 Centre of Excellence, InWEnt - Capacity Building International (Germany), Tactical Technology Collective (Netherlands), Aspiration (USA). The event is supported by The Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), ASEAN Foundation and Open Society Institute”
